Return Journeys

Need us to bring you home after your appointment? We offer return journeys as standard. You can book your outward and return journey together, with the full fare for both legs confirmed upfront. Choose between a driver who waits for you or a collection at a set time.

Group Bookings

When two or more passengers are travelling from the same address to the same destination, we can offer group booking pricing. This is particularly popular with care homes and families travelling together. Contact us directly with your group size and journey details for a tailored quote.

Waiting Time

If you would like your driver to wait during your appointment, a waiting time charge will apply. The rate will be agreed with you in full before the journey. We will never add waiting charges without your prior knowledge and consent.

Call-Out Fee

Where a journey cannot be completed on arrival because of information that was not disclosed at the time of booking — such as a passenger whose condition is not suitable for our service — a call-out fee will be charged. This covers the driver’s time and travel to your address. Accurate information at the time of booking avoids this entirely.

When do I pay?

Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. We will confirm how and when payment is expected before your journey takes place, so there are no surprises on the day.

What if my appointment runs over?

If your driver is waiting and the appointment runs significantly over the expected time, additional waiting time charges may apply. This will always be discussed with you beforehand so you know what to expect.

Can I get a quote before committing?

Yes — absolutely. Contact us with your journey details and we’ll provide a full quote with no obligation. You only confirm the booking once you are happy with the price.

What if I need to cancel?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Late cancellations may incur a fee, which will be communicated clearly. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
